Looks like La Stella re-injured himself today in a rehab stint
I'd take Syndergaard on the staff. It beats a trade for Hamels, imho. For those of you in the trade all the things camp.

He just got the cast taken off 3 days ago, so rehab is about 3 to 4 weeks which would put him mid june before he goes to wherever they send him to get ABs and get back into playing form..And he has a month to do that. I'm sure you're going to hear news about him going to extended spring training similar to LaStella in the next week or so.
I heard Wednesday in SDAnybody have a best guess on when La Stella will be back? He’s only played 3 games so far on his rehab in AA. Next Cubs home stand maybe?
I heard Wednesday in SD
Doubt the mets trade Syndergaard..I'd take Syndergaard on the staff. It beats a trade for Hamels, imho.
???23-22.... maybe the cubs pitching isn't that bad after all....

They may not, but just like the Cubs getting another needed TOR, the Mets sorely lack hitters. It's going to cost both teams a top player and/or top prospects.Doubt the mets trade Syndergaard..
Wouldn't that be kinda like the cubs trading bryant
Rehab... physical therapy. ..Why would he wait 3-4 weeks before seeing ABs? If the cast is off he's healthy enough presumably.
