Rehab... physical therapy. ..

You dont just come out of a cast after surgery and pick up a bat.. he needs to strengthen, etc the wrist, arm , shoulder
Everything he hasnt used since the surgery. ..

I strongly doubt you need 3 weeks of rehab for a hairline fracture that only cost you a month. Also, not saying he's going to go out and start playing a game a day. But almost assuredly he can get some work in the batting cage. I'm willing to bet you'll see him in AA sooner rather than later.

On the game cast they were talking about a game from 67 between the cubs and phillies that was 23-22 with a crap ton of hits.

Are you people not old enough to remember that?

Mike Schmidt with 4 HR's.

58 pitches for Arreita through 4. Guessing he'll go 7 which would be nice.

OT: Shelby Miller just lost a no-no with 2 outs in the 9th. Bummer. Nice job, kid.

Heyward has been decent but starting to look like the Cards might have lost that trade. Imagine that the cardinals losing a trade for once in seemingly a decade.

The first called strike to Soler was a bad call.

The second one was absolutely ridiculous!!

He just struck out without swinging the bat, and without the ball crossing the plate.

Heyward can't hit and has made base running errors when on. Just this week he was involved in triple play running on a line drive, and yesterday failed to score from second base on a ball off the wall.

Cards fans are trying to convince themselves that RF defense makes up for it, but that's crazy.

Gotta be frustrating for soler to recognize bad pitches but have pitchers get strikes called low n away. .

That opportunity was wasted. .
Make it worse i turn on hawks and their losing 1 nothing now

The problem is when Soler faces Burnett again in this game he's going have to swing at balls that he legitimately can't do anything with. Awfully tough on a young hitter struggling to find a groove.
