While that may be true what you probably don't know is that Jack spent the end of the Stanley Cup season, the playoffs and the Cup run with the team. Somewhere I have video of him drinking out of the Cup in the locker room with the team. Which brings up another one of the issues with Jack.

I didn't see the one with Ladd, but the one with Buff looked like a fight. Jack crushed a Winnipeg defensemen, and Buff came to his aid. (something I don't remember the big man ever doing in Chicago lol)

yes, I remember that. I actually had an issue with that, and all the other Rockford prospects getting to partake in the Stanley Cup festivities dispite none of them doing anything to earn it.

Your dislike for Skille is well known. Ladd and Buf didn't even play with Skille, so drawing a connection between them fighting him, and proof that Skille was disliked, is a massive reach. They fought him because he lit up Enstrom. Buf went after him immediately, as he was the closest guy. Ladd went after him later because Skille basically turtled against Buf, and he's their captain.

They traded Booth and his contract in an attempt to not only clear cap space, but give Skille more of a role. It's no secret.



Look at Campbells production. He has more assists than ANYONE on our team has points.

Wait wait wait... what? Why should Skille not being on the Hawks anymore magically change how anyone feels about him, whether they liked him or not? Everyone here still loved Ruutu, Ladd, and Buff and Steeg to an extent. Everyone still hates the Pylons that finally went away. And everyone is still impartial to guys like Pahlson and Madden just like when they were here? IF people didn't like Skille while he was here, why should we change our opinion of him when he's gone, especially having not done anythign yet to do so?
