Impossible. You have to choose one or the other. Everyone knows the rules.I make smoothies with bananas and avocados. They're pretty good.
If you're eating stuff like fruits and vegetables, you don't really have to count calories. Portion control on meat, hefty portion of veggies, limit the starches. Banana/apple/avocado for a snack. Bada bing bada boom!

Update: been averaging about 5 to 6 pound weight loss. It’s very weird. I won’t lose any weight for days then wake up one morning and 3 pounds are gone. Not water weight. Been on for two month with one cheat meal the entire time. Net carbs haven’t been over 25 except for cheat day. Meal prep has been key

I have a great protein smoothie recipe. Hopefully I don't trigger any of the keto guys because of bananas and some other sugars...
1 cup ice
1 cup milk
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 TBs peanut butter
1 TB honey
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp creatine
1 banana
Blend the shit out of it. Any decent blender should do the trick.
