How many grams of carbs/day would be acceptable on a 'low carb diet'?

Probably around 100-150 and you’d still want to avoid the refined carbs. Probably the healthiest way to go would be sweet potatoes and veggies and 1 serving of fruit. Still would want to avoid all the breads, cereals, fries and junk food most high carb eaters endulge in to become fat fucks.
Cool. I've been doing IF for about a month and seen pretty solid results. I thought it was going to be much more difficult. I'm down about 7lbs, but would like to lose about another 5 then just maintain. Would put me around 165lb. Being 'low carb' has proven to be much more difficult. I'd say on a normal day I'm around 75g - 100g, but I've had some bad days too. Mainly from fruit (I like bananas and apples), but when I travel for work it gets tough because I eat out every meal. I think <150g/day is more than attainable though.
Lies. Must be in some POS mixed variety cause I’ve never seen such a deal in Costco.

It's a delicate balance as I'm finding out.
Edit: I hope this post is on topic enough for @TL1969
I can only tell you what I bought and how much I paid. They were the Royal Hawaiian brand. 100% Macadamias with sea salt.
I don’t know what’s wrong with these stores around me then. Never seen anything remotely close to that deal. If I did, I’d stock up on them like a bear preparing for hibernation.
I made a keto/atkins meatloaf replacing the breadcrumbs with crushed up pork rinds.
Turned out pretty good.... In adding my recipe to the food tracker, I was surprised there were so many carbs in garlic.
If you do cardio or other exercise a good tip would be to have your fruit before that workout because of the way its sugar is stored by the liver and used as ready energy. It would be the first thing to be burned off.
Depends on your calories. 20% carbs would be low carbs.
12 bucks a pound is expensive, but it's similar to all other nuts. Like pecans almonds cashews etc. It's in the same price range.

Eating out is a struggle, but steaks and veggies is easy. Salad with protein and ranch is easy. Getting a burger with a side salad instead of fries and wrapping in lettuce is easy. Also, Naked wings with ranch and celery.
These are probably the four easiest eat out meals that you can get at least one of just about anywhere.
