Read that Warriors are now saying Monta is off the table... Too bad I wouldnt mind a player wit this train of thought lol

“I’m going to say LeBron James [third],” Ellis said recently. “He can do it all, pass, score, defend, block shots. No. 2, I would have to say, me. I can do a whole lot of things: defend, score, make passes, do whatever I need to do.

“No. 1, I’d say Kobe Bryant. There isn’t one player that can stop Kobe one-on-one. He has a lot of stuff. He can defend. And of course, he won four championships.”

LOL. Not only is he better than Lebron, but Lebron gets pushed down to 3rd. That's hilarious. xD

Imo Ellis and watson are similar players, except Ellis is better. I think we should try playing watson at the 2 sometimes.(and we'd keep our depth)

We did, just not nearly enough imo. Watson is a score first kind of guy. Playing pass first for 8-10 minutes a game just didn't really help his flow. If he's given free reign to do whatever on offense, then you get the Denver game where he drops 33 and almost wins us the game (Korver why in the world did you give up the ball?).

I just hope the Bulls address this issue and don't fall in love with the big names

The waiting for the emergence of Noah's post game is like the Bears' fan waiting for Hester to "get it" as a wide reciever.

Joakim Noah has plenty of raw offensive talent that is highly chaotic/non-disciplined. It would take a lot of dedication but Noah could develop a low-post offensive game. He has all of the length and athleticism of a dominant scoring big man.

He is one of the most overrated players in the game today but being overrated in itself doesn't mean you aren't very good. The Bulls defense relies a lot on Noah being on the team. There is a reason the Bulls were a better defensive and rebounding team than Miami last year.

The Big O.

The Big O played in an era where there wasn't as much talent in the NBA and players were able to play a lot more minutes consecutively than today. He is overrated in my opinion.

Oh. And Bob Cousy is not a top 10 point guard of all-time either. Hell, he isn't even top 20. May the basketball lords strike me down for that one.

Yeah, I remember last year in the ECF and last night when the Bulls needed key stops Noah was on the flo...............Wait.

LOL at you thinking Noah can develop a dominant scoring big man's game.

Then going on to say how overrated Noah is.

I've seen him ranked as a top 30 player in the NBA. Is he overrated? Yes. Can he develop a great offensive game? Yes.

I'm shocked you even know who Bob Cousy is.

By ESPN.

And no, he can not develop a great offensive game. If he could, he would have by now.

Let's just ignore that young big men typically don't hit their offensive peak until near the age of 30. Noah can become a very good offensive player and maybe even close to a great one and there is no doubt about that. Will he is a different story. He isn't being given a lot of opportunities to become one because the Bulls are not a team that is seeking to develop; they are using what they already know they have to win games.

Or that these young offensive big men already have somewhat of an offensive base or are already seen as offensive bigmen to begin with.

Neither of which Noah is.

Lulz.

:obama: x 1 million.

Classic, it's the Bulls fault Noah is a hyperactive poodle on offense with minimal footwork and fundamentals.

FirstTimer, you said before that someone would need to be basketball Special person to not have Oscar Robertson in their top 5. I disagree. He had the ball in his hands just about as often as LeBron James did when he was being coached by Mike Brown and played on the Cavs. Robertson played in a very fast-paced era, pre-merger, and racked up a lot of rebounds because of that. He was essentially LeBron James before LeBron James. Unless you believe that LeBron is a top 5 player of all-time, too, you have no business believing that The Big O belongs all the way up there.
