My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Nebraska Cornhuskers
  2. Villanova Wildcats
Just throwing this out there:
Jarvis Landry, TY Hilton, Will Fuller, and Cole Beasley are all still unsigned. If yesterday's thoughts of teams wanting to commit money to draft picks rather than signing FAs at the WR position, then those four theoretically just got cheaper.

Who would have ever thought Justin Fields would have even less weapons to work with this year than he had last year. Such a poverty franchise.
Are you suggesting Robinson was a weapon last year? Hardly. Who else ya got? Anyone with over 400 yards?

No, I disagree with the consensus that people would complain. Most fans want management to surround Fields with talent. That's all. We lost ARob, James Daniels and we haven't replaced them let alone improve.

There is a massive talent deficiency for those two positions. I dont think anyone is going to complain that the Bears chose to help their young QB if it means the defense suffers a little bit. But there is an issue if the Bears defense does well onky for Fields to get eaten live by other teams defenses and/or get injured.
Did you watch Robinson play last year? Pringle was more useful on the field than AR was. Not saying he's the answer, but likely get SOME effort out of him.

Great then we get a top 10 pick and draft Jaxon Smith-Njigba who is better than Wilson and Olave.
So poles is playing 30-D chess? Poles never sleeps

Well than that’s what it is. Until next year. You can’t fix everything in 1 year with 5 drafts picks.
Well it's a good thing Fields is a good athlete because he will be running for his life all season. But hey, maybe we can hold opponents under 20 while we score 7. BEAR THE **** DOWN!!!

Too early to say that.
Agreed, as of year 2 that's the case though. Highly doubt he'll ever become a 1 though. Even ARob on a good offense, at his best with the Bears, was a #2.

They are drafting exactly the kind of players they said they would - Tough, football intelligent, high effort, high character players and if they have overcome adversity even better.
Looks for the character traits and you will have a better idea of who Poles is picking.

Yeah no one cares about adversity. Thomas the train overcame adversity but he shouldn't be playing OG.

His numbers first 2 years better than Hill.

Good or not. He has to deal with what he has. Like a rookie receiver and a rookie lineman was going to help us slaughter the packers, rams, and buccaneers. And whatever AFC powerhouse we meet in the Súper bowl. Yeah……… ?
