I don't know what games you've been watching, but Brisker and Gordon have been very good their first 2 seasons. I don't know why anyone would deny this.
I haven’t denied this and I am most high on Gordon as I think he’s been very good. I thought last year he would have a breakout but the lack of pass rush and the injury set him back.

I’m concerned with brisker as he is reckless and now has concussion history, I like him in the box and I’m curious how he will do if they truly have him in coverage more this year.

I also like Darnell wright, and I think Stevenson really improved as the year went on, im excited to see what Dexter does this year.

It’s entirely possible these guys take huge steps forward but at this point imo that’s all projection, and the best players on this team were drafted by pace or a different team. Hell, you could add kmet to that list

For real. Are we watching the same games?

Victim of circumstance. Poles owed him nothing and didn't draft him. He shouldn't have to mold his view for the team around a player he didn't draft
Whether he drafted him doesn't matter-- if the goal is the best team possible. Keep good players and let mediocre and bad players go. That's what a good GM does.

I’m just worried about their ability to stay healthy.

I agree with you totally, none of those guys have broken out yet. I feel like on defense brisker has the best chance to be elite.

Its at least good having all these guys be average/above average in their first few years. Lot better than the emery days where every pick was a bum

Fucked up things to say. I thought Rome would have been a good locker room guy?
Gotta wonder if they are talking about someone else as a joke, like Staley or Spice Adams might be catching passes from Caleb or something. It would be shady and kinda dumb to know cameras are nearby and still be insulting the QB.

Coulda just signed connor williams for 6m on a rental like all of chicago wanted poles to do....

Yes let's solve a rash of injuries by signing someone already injured.

So was all our currently injured players. They all came into camp expecting to be ready by week 1 then camp happened.
OK that’s why you have doctors. Obviously Seattle’s doctors thought he was ready

You’re right better action is to do nothing and potentially be in a position to need to trade mid season for a center.

Not to mention the one guy you signed will likely need to play guard at some point

Thats what he did? If we're going by numbers and results
