He's got this philosophy about quick o-linemen getting off the ball and just being able to get that first punch. You can get them cheaply in the later rounds. The problem is you need a QB who can get rid of the ball quickly. (Not Fields, maybe not CW.)
Give me a guy who can hold a block. I don't care if you can run a 5 second 40 yard dash.

This is precisely the creativity that happened with Eberflus taking over last year. The entire reason the pass rush got better was because of the creativity of Eberflus and the arrival of Sweat.
It wasn't just that Sweat made everyone better it's the creativity involved that improved the pass rush.
