I've switched most my grilled chicken sandwiches to turkey sandwiches (or wraps, or whatever)...is this the better move, or does it matter?

they both are pretty lean so if thats what youre after then yeah. i good to have a variety also not only will it be less boring but youll get a broader range of amino acids.

P90x is every day, but never a muscle group gets worked out in consecutive days thus the rest is part of the program.

For those interested, Boflex SE normally $1299, on sale for $499 thru Sunday. I am thinking about getting it.

Baling hay on Saturday. The ultimate workout of your arms, shoulders, back, core and legs. Followed by dehydration, throwing my back out of place several times and heat stroke. High of 95 degrees Saturday. Yayyyyyyyy.

Reminds me of high school. When I lived up in Illinois, used to work for this guy who was basically a hay bailing contractor. Farmers would hire this guy to come in, bail their shit and then load it into the barn. 12 hr days on the rack + barn, from farm to farm to farm. Good times.

i worked in a barn once and had to stack hay and the feed bales. hay was light compared to that other shit we fed the horses. But yeah stacking that shit in the attic of a barn when its 95+ outside for like 7-8 hours was such bullshit.

Yeah not looking forward to it. Blowing black shit out of your nose the rest of the day isn't too fun either. I have tried wearing a mask before but I find it harder to breathe with those on. Will be on the hay wagon out in the field stacking bales, then on the wagon in the barn throwing them up into the hay loft. I'm just glad we only have to do this twice a year.

Yeah I'm glad we've been sticking to it so far. We've been working out really late though, like today we're supposed to at 10 but more than likely it will be later than that. There have been days where we have worked out at 12 or 1 in the morning.

Set up my school schedule so that I have an hour or 2 every day to workout....

I need to start losing weight for obvious health reasons

If anyone has any good diets/workout plans that they have used and been successful, please PM them to me

I'm not one to know any diets or workout plans, but in general, just burn more calories than you intake. Obviously don't eat the bad foods and such, but just know you have to work out accordingly for what you want to eat. Chances are, lean meats are good, and for workouts, just do different muscle groups each time so they have time to rest. Not sure how accurate that is, but that should be a general solution.
