diet diet diet. you cant spot reduce fat. throw in some cardio and weight training.
diet is the most important though.
down to 190. was 260 in the summer.

So over the past 2 weeks I've probably lost around 8-10 lbs. The changes I've seen in my face and stomach is awesome. Also my endurance is picking up by doing cardio almost every day.
I've completely cut out soda and eating bad. Trying to have 3 meals with snacks in between each to keep energy, etc. I've been doing 10-20 minutes of cardio + ab workout + some arm workouts. It's been working pretty well, as it's only been 2 weeks and I can "see" changes.
I've been almost living off Turkey and Grilled Chicken.
Problem about the gym is you see 60-70 year old men naked in the locker room.
