my gym was closed today due to the weather. fucking pussies.

tomorrow morning though, heavy shit will be lifted.

Depends on the person and what your level is(Beginner, intermediate, advanced). 5 days a week in the gym works for me. On off days you could always do like a fun activity like bball, canoeing, or some kind of stuff like that.

lol. keep on going everyday. unless your doing some heavy squats or shit like that. then 48 hours or so for muscle set is a good rule. unless its cardio then just rock that shit as much as possible.

it depends on what your trying to do really. are you trying to do, build muscle, or are you trying to cut fat?

Like i said it depends on the person but i dont think 48 hours is enough recovery time unless youre advanced.

I started working out a few years ago. Tops I have gone is 5 days.

Then, there has been weeks where it's been 2-3.

That's why I want spring to come so I can ride my mountain bike.

That sounds good. Breaks are always nice to give yourself time to fully recover. I laugh at those people who take a day or two off and feel like theyre dying.

I'll kill a man for a burger king chicken tendercrisp. Last time i had that was last St. Pattys day.

I made a new batch of protein bars yesterday. They turned out better than the first batch i made a couple weeks ago.
