Stalberg has a whopping 4 points. He isn't this stud muffin people make him out to be.

He still hasn't scored in consecutive games because he has no consistency.

He's a -3 for a reason. And i'm tired of the excuses for Skille.

Him bringing energy isn't good enough. Start finishing or trade his ass.

As for Buff/Steeger, i'm not claiming for either to be back.

A guy like Laddy is severely missed & it's showing.

Know how I know you're ***??

Yes, that's true.

But, when your defense consists of Cullimore, Boynton, Scott, you have problems.

Stan needs to upgrade at the 3rd pairing.

i agree 100 percent

ps....if you wanna make nice with everyone, change your sig and avatar and forget the past.pwwweeese

Ah well, I suppose noting that Patrick Kane is -6 while having way more points...

No cherrypicking allowed, unless you want a 'cherry-pick-off".

Until we play atleast a quarter of our season. lol

You guys witness 1 championship and then expect one every year...just relax a little bit

I'm not saying im not worried, or that there is no problems yet, because that would be dumb...there are problems, but im not going to start panicking or calling this season a disaster when we haven't even played 25% of the games this year

What if they do?!?!?!?!?

Are you going to give up on them?
Stop being a fan?
Stop watching games?
Start crying for Buff, Ladd, and Eager to come back like Joehawks?

Because I sure as hell am not...idk when you became a fan, but if you think this season is truly a "disaster" then you clearly dont remember the older Hawks teams....go look at those teams and call this team a disaster

I would argue that this would be more of a disaster as this team was expected to make some noise and give it another go. I understand the Red Wings were thought to be the favorite but there is no reason this team can't compete with anyone in the NHL.

And again, you really can't say anything based on us playing less than 25% of our games already...that's all im saying...in a couple weeks, if we are still playing like crap then I will REALLY WORRY, but for know, im a little worried but optimistic that once we get healthy, we will be ok.

And I don't really care about seeding too much, as long as we get in the playoffs...look at SJ every year...the #1 seed, yet they are home every May.

Plus, they way we are playing at home we might not want home ice advantage. :D

I don't care about seeding but I'd prefer not to have to play Detroit, Vancouver, San Jose.. bam bam bam.

First, talking about playoff seeding in November is ridiculous.

Second, not wanting to play tough teams in the playoffs is loser talk. It's the playoffs... anyone can beat anyone and it's going to be tough no matter what. Hoping your team avoids high seeds is a loser mentality.

"What if they do?"

I have to agree with that - who cares? I'm a hockey fan, this is hockey ... I have gone through about a decade when all there was to go for was if they'd win the lottery. . .

Anyways, I think the point is that so far this season the team defense is broken - I look at a guy like Hjallmarsson -and have a look - no points and -9 ....

and there are like 2 guys on the team that are even running at a plus anything rating (before last game one of them was John Scott ... but not anymore -the guy is at 0 now.

They're tied with the Devils for most goals allowed in the NHL.

A team that has 7 guys on IR.
