Dude lets wait to hear what we got from Texas. Just because they are down in A ball doesn't mean they aren't good (we have this guy Baez that is pretty good in A ball). The Rangers system is deep, and guys that are in their 10-20 are better than some of the guys the Dodgers had beyond that 1-7 area.

Reports are 3B Christian Valnueva who was 7 on Goldstein's list and 9 on Sickels and RHP Kyle Hendricks. Doing some more digging, but this is better than a comp pick.

Goldstein is saying this a pretty good trade for the Rangers. Dempster did hurt the Cubs, but I have a hard time being upset about that because we got Vizcaino.

Of course this is less than what we got earlier. Hence why we were so upset, but this isn't terrible either from what I've gathered. Villanueva is the big piece. Kendricks is a throw in type.

Hendricks seems a bit old for Advanced A ball. Solid numbers though. The 3B prospect is interesting as well. I think I like this trade.
