Most of these fad diets get newcomers to be stoked about how they feel in the first while. Eliminating processed food is going to do that. We live in a world of extremes, and the pendulum swings hard.
I might actually try this carnivore diet where you get 90% of calories from ferns and the rest from fern broth.

I dgaf what anyone calls it. The carnivore diet has bone broth as part of the diet. Bone broth has vegetable matter in it, its still technically "The Carnivore Diet."
We're going to call it Paleo.

Never listen to Canadians cause they're both dumb and easily confused. And also............

.......not that there's anything wrong with that.

id call that ketovore.. which id say im technically doing some days.. cause of spices and minimal dairy mainly. def different tiers of carnivore. a lot days are pure carnivore and zero carbs for me though. def havent eaten any veg veg or fruits since i started.... however, ill def have cracked pepper here and there when eating steak.. could go without but habit..

the broth i make has zero veg. just animal and salt. basic chicken broth.. have dutch ovened a whole chicken a few times at low temps.. then stored the broth for an appetizer..

today has been 3 weeks since switching. idk how i ever made it past 3 days mens health. the explosive meat shits never came.. a few loose stools when consuming too much fat, but nothing to write home about. def nothing compared to the first time i went keto years ago.. last night i had salmon, bacon and a 1/2 pound burger patty.. only salt added.. no cheese, no butter or extra added oils.. so pure carnivore last night.. think ill eat the same tonight..

inflammation has gone, joints feel decent. physical energy levels are good. been exercising juss fine. recovery seems better. if demons werent after me my mentals they would probably be guud too. zero bloat.. idk what else

Not ketovore since keto nor carnivore allow for fruits. Where that dodo got the idea there is vegetables in bones from meat, I have not a clue.

Bone broth, especially organic, is like a magic elixer. I'm usually replacing almost two meals a day with it. I am going to experiment with creating some meat soups.

Spices are perfectly acceptable on the carnivore diet. I think there is a ridiculous level of adherence for some on carnivore sort of in the same way people need to be vegan. Its more of a religion than an actual health reason. For example coffee is a no go on a strict carnivore because it technically involves plants.

yeah the pure zerocarb carnivore shit is meat, salt and water. i do stray from that with spices some days but meh. im def sticking with this for awhile, but im thinking pure carnivore may not be sustainable for me long term. If it cured some aliment id stick to it, if this is all i had to eat id be okay. However, i like spices and will add them eventually going forward, will still be minimal carbs but still. Ill still focus on meats but if i fall into a keto range with carbs for a week so be it. to stay in ketosis you got be under 50g carb daily iirc... i doubt id hit 20 on a high day... i mean meats, spices and a spoon of pb would have me sub 10g.

will reassess once i hit 30 days then figure out what i want to do/modify going forward.. just need more data.. 30 days may be too soon.. maybe 60.. idk

Ps, I don't have any ailments that would drive me to only eat meat, but what are the stats on how a meat diet affects the micribiome? And I'm not talking about the claims it "resets" the gut or fixes leaky gut...
I couldn't tell ya, but I bet @Spartan thinks he could.
