Things are about to get easier for me. today, the youngin told me he wants to try keto and the fam will join in support. i said if your in, its a month minimum, he agreededed. i didnt tell him 2 months min before a cheat day.. but it is.. he said what about carnivore like you.. im like nah.. too extreme maybe when youre older you can try that..

I didnt pass my ideologies off them, some family he followed on da youtube for years did. its more about the medical benefits.. such as lessening inflammation and shit.. he already had spinal fusion done at a young age.. so theres some things there to address medically.

anywho come next monday.. there will be no more junk food in dah house. gonna go to me meat guy and get some large cuts... so itll help me on carnivore path... need to get another sous vide asap..

20 min on the treadmill and 20 min on the weight machine every day and eat whatever you want. An all meat diet is for lunatics.
Yeah, anyone that adheres to these strict diets without a serious medical reason are likely just following the trend. I hated when I lost weight and people would ask what diet I was on because I never was on one. I just focused more on whole foods and less highly processed junk. People always seemed disappointed when my answer was eat right and exercise when they'd ask what I did.

You're essentially trading one addiction for another, but it's a step in the right direction.

i do agree pure carnivore is restrictive as ****. meat, salt and water. maybe one more week of it and then im transitioning to ketovore i think. i like spices too much. i must be a flavour addict. too many loose definitions of what carnivore actually is. im still staying meat but will delve in the all animal products approach, which includes dairy, but will keep that minimal. main focus of my transition will be adding more spices..

still carnivore. not super strict cause of herbs/spices so maybe ketovore.. but def no bread, rice, potatoes, fruits, vegs, alcohol etc.. just meat and salt/pepper mostly..

Did have me first cheat day today since what jul... my fam went keto shortly after and have been on point the entire time with xmas as a target for a cheat day.. we going to a family thing on xmas so i took mine early.. cause i know i would have OD on sugary shit at da xmas.

had 4 pop tarts and a 4 vanilla zingers and the verdict was meh.. that pure sugar hit didn't satisfy anything.. .. didnt enjoy it..use to like em... tasted like chemicals.. so i went in search of mo betta carbs.. settled for da sushi.. had a couple of half rolls.. they did hit a spot.. probably could have went all beard meats food on about 25 of em.. however good thing i didnt cause that rice laced with sugar jacked my blood sugar and i had hot flashes for a few minutes..

looking forward to just eating me fatty meat for dinner and going forward.. thats basically what i crave anymore.. perfectly rendered and caramelized fat on some caramelized meat.

so 5 months of carnivore.. think thats just me.. no point in going anything else unless i have to.

if justin fields went carnivore his awareness n focus would shoot through the roof..

ps. me hair growth has been accelerated.. me nails growing quicker too.. um i still run and box but havent been lifting weights yet.... but ive noticed my pecs and triceps have grown some from basic push ups.. me test has gone up... my morning wood became metal.. noticed my fucked wouldnt heal right elbow/bicep finally slowly healing.. went from like a 20% to 70% during this time... will add weights soon.. @ around 85%..

Carnivore works really well for people with autoimmune conditions because all plant products have anti-nutrients that can cause flare ups. Plants such as brocolli, cauliflower, etc. have anti-nutrients that inhibit iodine absoprtion by the thyroid. The carnivore diet elimates all of the anti-nutrients--most people do not know which one(s) are causing their autoimmune condition to flareup.

Well I had me blood done recently.. My testosterone went up 72% vs me last 2 bloods. forgot they kept records.. duh.. Im way above avg for me age class... was avg. im avg for someone 20 yrs my junior now

Also, this test was done with me trying to purposely ruin my test for a trt recommendation. Late afternoon test.. minimal sleep etc.. i tried to tank it like the bears did this year.. so it may even be highers

I knew it went up.. can feel it ands see it...

Correction: it went up 84.5%. The 72% was from an even older test.

As I had noticed without the blood work.

Injuries that wouldnt heal were healing
Muscles (quads, pecs and triceps) were growing doing minimal body weight exercises/running. perhaps from old muscle memory, but noticed the growth. wonder what an actual weight lifting routine would produce
Better workout recovery vs how my body was acting at dis age prior to Carnivore and VS a omnivore IF (intermediate fasting) by itself .

I guess if you want a possible boost in testosterone. Go carnivore 🤷‍♂️

Instead of testing and hitting averages for da 40-45 yr old bracket im producing in that 25 yr old avg range. well thats using some rando internet graph.. cause another random site says 20 year old.. but i went with da 25 one

Note: all while trying to tank da test too.. Will test again in the next 6 months under optimal conditions.

Also HDL stayed the same. LDL went up slightly and my triglycerides plummeted. Its a common pattern for the carnivore community. Learn about cholesterol from carnivore/keto Dr's before coming @ me.

Down about 33 pounds at the moment. Just doing exactly this. It’s not rocket science.

When people just speak of eating less highly processed foods, I'd think they'd do much better for themselves in knowing exactly what it is they need avoid that is prevalent in these type foods.

Of course sugar, and all other names for it, listed in the ingredients is always a bad sign as everybody could stand to cut down on the amount of sugar they down on the daily. There are 2 other things, I'm thinking of, that are both worse for health in general and will also lead to more weight gain. 1 of them is not a sugar but acts like a sugar and is even higher than sugar on the glycemic index. And the other one I speak of is likely the worst of all and it's not a sugar or even a carb. Anyone know?

cutting out processed shit n those sugars will do wonders.

however you could possibly be down 63 pounds with 5-10 pounds of muscle growth, denser bones and 50+% testosterone boost by going carnivore..

i know i went from 720 to 666 pounds quick. Haven't kept track of me weight during this period... aka I dont weigh meself. Im not on a weight loss journey or cut phase. will cut one day when im lifting 100%. I have noticed body recomposition taking place though,. def losing inches and gaining musclez without weights. perhaps some muscle memory gainz... I just started working in light dumbbells again.. so working towards bringing back full weights by the end of this year.. no rush..

BUTZ I did weigh meself a couple of times this week. Got bursitis or some shit in my heel, cause im old and overusing me shit. havent ran all week, and have kept me boxing to lazy non mobile drillz and have eaten more meats than normal to aid in recovery.. lost 2 pounds.. probably cause with limited cardio this week im drinking and retaining a lil less water.. me exercise has been on a bs decades old exercise bike at 20-25 min max @ low intensity all week to keep me bloodz flowing a lil. thinking about investing into a proper spin bike. been on da rice and a prescription anti inflammatory with the carnivore and bursitis nearly gone and me foot is at 85%.. will start to ramp back up nexx week..
