Yeah, anyone that adheres to these strict diets without a serious medical reason are likely just following the trend. I hated when I lost weight and people would ask what diet I was on because I never was on one. I just focused more on whole foods and less highly processed junk. People always seemed disappointed when my answer was eat right and exercise when they'd ask what I did.20 min on the treadmill and 20 min on the weight machine every day and eat whatever you want. An all meat diet is for lunatics.

You're essentially trading one addiction for another, but it's a step in the right direction.like being strict and staying narcotic free?

Carnivore works really well for people with autoimmune conditions because all plant products have anti-nutrients that can cause flare ups. Plants such as brocolli, cauliflower, etc. have anti-nutrients that inhibit iodine absoprtion by the thyroid. The carnivore diet elimates all of the anti-nutrients--most people do not know which one(s) are causing their autoimmune condition to flareup.

The solution is simple, the execution is difficult.Down about 33 pounds at the moment. Just doing exactly this. It’s not rocket science.
Idk, dropping from 333 to 300 shouldn't be too difficult imoThe solution is simple, the execution is difficult.

Hogwashcutting out processed shit n those sugars will do wonders.
however you could possibly be down 63 pounds with 5-10 pounds of muscle growth, denser bones and 50+% testosterone boost by going carnivore..
i know i went from 720 to 666 pounds quick. Haven't kept track of me weight during this period... aka I dont weigh meself. Im not on a weight loss journey or cut phase. will cut one day when im lifting 100%. I have noticed body recomposition taking place though,. def losing inches and gaining musclez without weights. perhaps some muscle memory gainz... I just started working in light dumbbells again.. so working towards bringing back full weights by the end of this year.. no rush..
BUTZ I did weigh meself a couple of times this week. Got bursitis or some shit in my heel, cause im old and overusing me shit. havent ran all week, and have kept me boxing to lazy non mobile drillz and have eaten more meats than normal to aid in recovery.. lost 2 pounds.. probably cause with limited cardio this week im drinking and retaining a lil less water.. me exercise has been on a bs decades old exercise bike at 20-25 min max @ low intensity all week to keep me bloodz following a lil. thinking about investing into a proper spin bike. been on da rice and a prescription anti inflammatory with the carnivore and bursitis nearly gone and im at 85%.. will start to ramp back up nexx week..
