Also fellas, never ever squat. That's the one exercise after all these years I'd take back every rep I ever did if I could. Poor choice.
I've met ole. He's a big barreled chested man with hefty thighs. I can squat him on a machine. Prolly not irlSo can the thirteen year old girl who lives down the street.
I kid, I kid!
Lol, it's my weakest group. Wtf is up with your shitty advice itt? Also fellas, never ever squat. That's the one exercise after all these years I'd take back every rep I ever did if I could. Poor choice.
Don't be so damn sensitive. Soda is the worst thing for you. I've gone through my health kick times and times of not worrying at all about it (this more than the former) but have always stayed clear of soda. I have 4 kids aged 14, 12, 10 and 9. Not one of them can tell you what Pepsi tastes like cause they've never had soda in their lives.
pedophile alertyou are on crack if you believe all your kids never tried soda before.
No, I'm not. They just don't drink it, period. If you want to say they've tried a sip here or there at some point, yeah, but it still amounts to nothing. They don't feel like they're missing out on anything. It's nothing they even ever ask for or would accept if someone offered it to them. Partly due to it never being made available to them while growing up and a little bit of brainwashing as to how nasty it is. Water, milk and orange juice are their beverages of choice.you are on crack if you believe all your kids never tried soda before.
Jogging is bad for you. Don't do it. For all fat fucks who are also cheapskates, I have the world's cheapest diet for you. Eat nothing and drink nothing but your own urine until you lose all the weight desired.

Oh yeah, how do you know I wasn't talking about their mother's milk. What are you anyway, one of those crazy conspiracy theorists?Congrats, you exposed them to Arsenic. Should have kept them drinking their own urine. Why? Cause its sterile and they like the taste.
I've mentioned it in the food forum a few times, but a year ago, I was 6'1" and 255 pounds. I'm currently 190 and trying to drop five to ten more. My body fat is down to around 15%.
I cut out processed foods and only only drink water and green tea. I stick to the perimeter in the grocery store. I eat a 1/2 cup (pre-cooked measurement) of whole grains a day. Besides that, it's all meat, beans, nuts and fresh produce.
There are certain foods I buy every week (spinach, broccoli, blueberries, avocados, sweet potatoes, oily fish). I make sure I eat those at least three times a week. I make sure I'm getting the necessary micronutrients.
I only eat meat at dinner, and I only eat red meat once a week (if that).
I track everything I eat on MyFitnessPal, so I can keep up with calories and nutrients. It took me years, but I found something that works for me. This is the best shape I've been in since I was 15 (I'm 35). It helps that I love fish, chicken and vegetables. I also love to cook and plan things. I plan every meal at the beginning of the week and meal prep twice a week.
With that said, it wouldn't work for everyone. I just managed to figure out something that took advantage of the good foods I enjoy and eliminated the stuff that was making me sick and fat.
Good luck. If you need any help or want more details on what I do, let me know.
My only critique is your shot at red meat... Red meat will do nothing one way or another for weight control. If you're looking out for the other maybe reasons to red meat (heart related) I"ll give you that.I've mentioned it in the food forum a few times, but a year ago, I was 6'1" and 255 pounds. Use the internet for various different ways to make chicken. Marinating it can help out a ton, of course you have to be careful with some marination's.I think you are hitting on a big challenge for many people trying to change their diet and lose weight.... in order to eat healthy stuff consistently.... you need to be able to cook at a decent level.
I tried doing chicken and veggie for dinner on my weeknights.... I stuck with it for maybe 2 months.... but it gets boring because I aint much of a cook.
HHM was supposed to teach me how to cook.... I think he was just life-trolling me

You can do the same for veggies.
And if you have a food processor, you can bring back the mashed potatoes in mashed cauliflower form.
Ah, sounds like my girlfriends old dinners. Not gonna lie I kinda gave up on the chicken breast/veggie dinners.... I usually come home from work, work out, shower, and then I eat a bowl of breakfast cereal for dinner lol.

What you do at the grocery store is pretty much what I do. I stick to the perimeter (atleast in stores that it is set up that way). Produce, meat, diary is all I really visit. The aisle I rarely go in.
I also don't really plan every meal, I often don't like to think of what I'm going to have until that afternoon. I do usually plan out what i'm generally going to eat overall during the week, but I basically just eat the same shit over and over again, so its not a big deal. But, I think it would help a lot of people out if they did start planning their meals for the week in your way.
I already asked and am well aware. Its not cheap to buy for majority of people though.Grass fed beef is heart healthy. Ask science.
