Let me tell you a story of woe, such vileness, such utter irreconcilable disaster as to cause your very manhood to shrivel up and wither away. You see, 30 years ago today, really, today is our anniversary. I married a Miami Dolphin fan. What I didn't know at the time, where this tale goes so very wrong, where a mass extinction type event occurs, is that when you cross a Dolphin fan with a Bear fan you get a Green Bay Packers fan. Alas, this sad tale of torture, torment and dolor continues unabated to this very day.

You have my condolences....

Seriously though, happy anniversary. At least you remembered it.

How's this for compromise? There are 21 football Sundays in an entire year. That's 21 days out of 356. I've skipped Monday and Thursday night football so we could do something. It's just those 21 days that I want. The rest of the days? I'm open.. unless of course I have work, etc.

But yeah.... I'm being extremely selfish for asking for 21 days.

You've done the same thing. It's not 21 days out of 365, it's 21 consecutive Sundays. Again you aren't in a committed relationship so it's really not an issue.

You seem to be making judgements about BNB and his relationship... why?

My wife and I are still best friends 15 years after we first hung out. I'm pretty fortunate that we rarely ever get into it. Maybe once a year we have a "fight," but it's not a "GET YOUR SHIT OUT OF HERE" sort of ordeal. It's good to vent once in a while, so have at it. If the other person in the relationship can't accept some constructive criticism, then they honestly need to **** off.
I made mistakes in previous relationships, looking for things that were never there. Discovered how to spot crazy people helped, but found out that crazy can evolve in a relationship. The old adage of "study her mother" is key. If her mom is cool, chances are that she'll be cool. If her mom is a nutbag, some of those genes were passed on. Of course this isn't true 100% of the time, but my crazy ex had a batshit crazy mother, so there's some truth in there.
I also found that the best fucks tend to be the craziest fucks, so next time you think of ass to mouth with your lady, you better make sure she doesn't lop off your nuts as you blow your load in her face.

Know how to roll the dice.

Watching a girls mom is definitely key. Crazy breeds crazy. I actually like it when my mother in law comes in town. The lady sure can hold her wine!

0 commitment if you aren't married? Huh? So people who date for 5 years, then get engaged for another year or two are considered to have 0 commitment to each other until they actually get married? Okay.

"You exaggerated the situation to a whole year."

Followed by

"What we do know that is on purpose is BNB shutting out life for the worship of football."

:obama:

Correct, 0 commitment. Can married people cheat? Yep. The odds of that are way less from living life. I would bet that is true for everyone else that wishes to be honest.

Yes, I said you are shutting out life for 21 consecutive Sundays in your worship of football. That's exactly what you are doing. It is your right.

What judgement have I made?

You appear to be judging the level of commitment of BNB and his gf.... judging whether their relationship is of a certain quality or not.

Idk why though.

Btw brett, let me spin this back to you... if BNB started making judgements about you and your relationship with your wife, would you appreciate it?

If he said things about your relationship with your wife or your choice of Sunday activity which were judgmental, would you enjoy that?

Put yourself in his shoes.

Not judging his specific relationship commitment level at all. Just defining terms really

Analogy is invalid. First I am not attacking anyone. Second, I said clearly we are only hearing one side of the story. Third did you see the title and original purpose of the thread? Fourth if I was doing something that was insensitive to my wife (I have) I'd hope to have no issues with being told as much.

Okay, so 21 days out of 147 days. I'm still free to do whatever on 126 of the other days.

How am I not in a committed relationship?

It is not invalid, you are attacking him.... you are judging him and his relationship with his gf.... if he did it to you, you would not like it.

Heck I made a joke about your family and you got mad at me.

I am just asking you to put yourself in his shoes, you would not appreciate it, so stop doing it to him.

"It is estimated that roughly 30% to 60% of all married individuals (in the United States) will engage in infidelity at some point during their marriage (see Buss & Shackelford for review of this research). And these numbers are probably on the conservative side, if you consider that close to half of all marriages end in divorce (people are more likely to stray as relationships fall apart; also see, who is likely to cheat)."

Married people cheat all the time.

You hear about that Ashlet Madison leak? The site where married people meet to have an affair? There were 32 million accounts.

Sure.... whatever you say. I "worship" football, and "shut out my life" when watching it

You are clueless between the difference. I've forgiven you for your error of the past. Don't keep trumpeting what a jerk you are with that ok?

I am not attacking BNB.

There is no commitment. If anything you are building more walls to stay uncommitted which is your right as you are not married.

I said it as well, did you miss that? Ironically it's far less than the people who cheat that are not married. And you would agree with that.

Sorry that you don't realize that but you are way more committed to football by your own words than you are to your relationship. Again by your own words.
