The only problem I have with him is that he acts like he's the end all, be all source of basketball knowledge. He doesn't take differing opinions well. He gets mad when people disagrees with him. He would be a very good poster if his ego wasn't so big. But then he's a lebron fan, so I guess brazen cockiness with nothing to really show for it comes with the territory. I guess.
He only contradicts himself in saying that he's a Bulls fan. He may like the Bulls, but he's more an NBA fan than a die hard Bulls fan.
That's how I see him. They make it seem like if you praise the Bulls, then you're being a homer and not being objective. People around the NBA forums go out of their way to discredit anything any Bulls player does, outside of Jordan. The sad part is, a lot of so-called Bulls fans do the same thing. I guess they don't want to appear biased, but isn't that what being a fan is all about?
Being a fan in it's most base definition means you are partisan to one thing over another. That leaves no room for objectivity. That is for observers.
The other problem with him is everything is black and white. No one gets screwed over or snubbed and every award holds the same weight. Take for instance him saying Scottie had 3 other all-stars in 94. That's a joke. BJ got in on Jordan's spot, Horace got in because he should've been there already, Kukoc made the first Rookie team and Steve Kerr was in the 3-point contest, so he took a lot of teammates to the weekend, but BJ didn't deserve it and neither did Horace, that year.
He has no context of what was happening at the time to his posts, it's just opinion and stats, nothing else. That's what makes it hard to talk to him, that and he has google on speed dial, ready to beat you over the head with stats that don't really matter.
