My favorite teams
300 wins, 3000 hits, 500 HR are the automatic get ins.
His other numbers are underwhelming. He'll suffer from the era. Konerko gets in first if either. He's got better numbers outside of homers and I believe liked more. Like I said its close300 wins, 3000 hits, 500 HR are the automatic get ins.
I agreeBest chance for Konerko is that he played in his prime in the steroid era, and while he did fall short of 500, he did clean.
Maybe being good enough while being clean will get him, but I wouldn't count on it.

Orioles rotation has accounted for fewest IP (543-1/3) of any winning team in MLB this year; that's why they're open to adding a starter.
I don't know, maybe Danks if we cough up cash? Wieters is a free agent after next season and will probably want a big payday. I know he's out for the year, but I wonder if we could get him via trade & extend him.
thats a peavy esqu move. nice thinking

I love that Hahn is more tight lipped than KW, but damn this is awful not knowing ANYTHING.

Konerko is one of my three top favorites of all time. I was hoping against hope that he would have been healthy last year and could have extended his career by another two decent years. that would have gotten him into the HOF. I still would have rather that the Sox would have traded that big slug Dunn and given Paulie more ABs the last couple of years.
heard on score yanks asked about Danks
anyone know if they have anything worthwhile we would need?
even kw was tight lipped.
