Kruger with Scott on his line.

No wonder that kid can't score much playing with a guy who belongs in a beer league.

but when stalberg played with scott and wasnt scoring he was just a bum?

you dont think much do you?

But you expect Stalberg to put up points with Scott last year? The best thing I can do is quote what someone has said about you before which is

damn dude your sig describes someone we both know. and no its not stalberg...

Thats true, however to be fair i'd say 70% of defenseman goals come off the PP...once that gets going, our dman goals will rack up

If Rusty is healthy, play him tomorrow vs his old team.

Enough is enough with Scott.

Though I blame Stan Bowman more for signing the useless clown to begin with let alone a 2 yr deal.

Patrick Kane
has 25 points in 26 career games against the Nashville Predators. The Chicago Blackhawks' superstar scored two goals and added two assists against the Predators in his team's 5-4 overtime victory in Chicago on Monday night. "We gave him way too much time and space," Predators defenseman Shea Weber said. "Everyone knows how good he is, and we gave him too much time and space. Good players are going to make plays." (Source: The Tennessean)

Viktor Stalberg
has netted the Chicago Blackhawks' game-winning goal in back-to-back contests. "Last year I was a little worried at times that I wasn't going to get much playing time if I made one mistake," Stalberg said. "I have to play to my strengths and that's holding the puck and skating with it. I have to keep doing that and if I do, I'm sure I'll be pretty successful." Stalberg has gotten significantly more playing time over the past two contests, but that was largely because Daniel Carcillo was serving a two-game suspension. Now that Carcillo is back, Stalberg might end up averaging about 10 minutes per game. (Source: Chicago Tribune)

So what forward are you going to sit out for Rusty? Considering Carcillo is back from his suspension...

Several rumors going around via Twitter that the Blackhawks and Hurricanes are talking about Stalberg. No word on who would come back. I'm having a hard time confirming the twitter accounts legitimacy and their sources though - figured it was worth tossing out regardless.

Ruutu would look great in a Blackhawks sweater again. Definitely a top 6 player who has a better scoring touch, passing touch, and is a pain in the ass to play against compared to Stalberg. Ruutu is a LW and has an expiring contract.

I like Ruutu. A LOT.

That said, I just saw that the Stalberg Carolina rumor was dismissed as complete shenanigans by Jaeckel.

Scott is a scratch tonight. Carcillo on the 4th line.

^^^ I wouldn't be surprised to see Carcillo/Brunette swapping duties at some point tonight. A player like Kane fits in nicely with Brunette, Toews just isn't complimentary to the lack of speed.

Wish we would see lines close to...

Carcillo (Stalberg)/Toews/Sharp
Brunette (Carcillo)/Kane/Hossa

IF that rumor is true, it might be good for us

As much as I like Stalberg, i'm a fan of the Hawks first

Brouwer with another goal plus an assist.

Frolik is clearly better.
