You are right, I do not think we have to. However we have the luxury of plenty of cap space next year, and no better FA options that I am seeing at this time. We would only gain 6 mil cutting him. Why not draft a Mid round QB to sit behind him and learn some of his bad habits for a year or two!

As well as Jay has played, he did miss 2 wide open receivers, one a sure TD, and the other a possible one. Which, is one more miss than Robbie had in the viking game! I just can't see why the "Cutty love machine" has to throw everybody and everyone under the bus to sooth their tiny throbbing Jaybones.

I was going to point that out. Kyle Long has never been to the playoffs. He's clearly a loser and should be traded for a 6th round pick.
