I’ve been saying this for a while, but no one seems to want to believe it. 😆 His tape is electric. Only red flag is past injuries. Daniels I think will also be very good. But Penix is the guy I hope the Bears pick up this offseason. Get him and MHJ and I think the bears win the division next year, minimum.
Well...the negatives are

He's in his 6th year of cfb
He stunk at Indiana for 4 years
He's had multiple major injuries
He's not super thick (think about 215)

He's been amazing for 2 years at uw
Throws a nice ball (short or deep)
Has a strong enough arm
Seems to know what he's seeing

WTF #23 Texas cornerback Barron holding up your arm when you were beaten by a yard and a half and it would have been a touchdown if the ball were delivered properly.

I think of your four negatives only 1 is valid. I don't know why 6 years in CFb is a negative.

He didn't stink at UI. But he certainly wasn't this finished product either.

His weight to me is irrelevant. He's not Bryce Young's size.

Even with all that said. I'm not picking him. Hahaha

Ok may have spoke too soon. We have a game.
Washington vs Michigan is a hell of a matchup. Only Washington stops Washington from scoring.

But how they stop Michigan from running the ball right up their soul is something I can't figure out.

Incredible bad luck with that injury. Instead of punting with 20 seconds to go, they have to punt with 50 seconds left.

Nothing delivers like college football. Dumb rules, dumb kids, dumb coaches. It's all so perfect.

Good Lord that was a nail biter at the end. I went to UW for grad school so I have an attachment to the Huskies.

This kind of thing has been going on all season. I'm not sure if Washington is good, lucky, or just good and lucky but every one of these nailbiters has gone UWs way. Lets see if they can pull one more off. It isn't easy but it is fun to watch.
