We shall see. I personally put very little meaning to any of the artcles, podcasts and radio station theories and rumors. And I think Fields will draw a 2025 1st or a 2024 second. Or he is right here on the Bears. I just think if the Steelers make a move at QB it will be a bigger splash than "competition".

Also, Arthur Smith input will be influential.
Wait you’re officially CCS HOF qualified now!

Yeah I'm not seeing this. Okay so then you have Pickett, Rudolph and Fields. Who is starting? I don't think they gave up on Pickett yet, and Mason Rudolph did well late in year, arguably better than Fields. I do not see them giving up that pick to make a 3 man competition.

Arthur Smith is the OC now. His offense is one of the few that Fields is tailor made for as it is heavy run, play action, throwing downfield and getting the QB on the move. Combined with a good D and it would highlight all the things Fields does well while not asking him to throw a ton. Think Russ during his early years with Seattle.

So you think he should be trusted to evaluate Fields, but he doesn't have any say in their QB evals over the last 15 years?
They have had Big Ben for almost his entire career there.

Well, Rudolph is a free agent, so there is that. Probably just Fields vs Pickett.

Right, so what has he done that would give you confidence he's a good QB evaluator?

They wouldn't give up their first round pick. There second round pick is too long for us to pick a Center. Won't work.

So let me get this straight…one of the best head coaches currently in the game is a big fan of Justin Fields, but many here are ready to move on from JF1 for a rookie QB?

Something isn’t mathing correctly here
Did Tomlin talk about CW too? If not, how do you know he’s not higher on him over Fields?
