The commentators were saying that if they did, Neymar would have possibly gotten a yellow card for a dive. It reminded me of that John Fox challenge where it ended up being a turnover to the Packers.

yes I think Jesus should have had a penalty. He was clearly clipped. You can argue the ball was going out of bounds anyway, but it wasn't out of bounds yet when he got clipped.
